Senior Advisor
Prof. Roy has more than 35 years of teaching and business experience, a Professor in Financial Economics, Distinguished Chair for Finance & Investment. He had balanced work as academician (Professor, Dean, and Program Director), businessman (professional, consultant, and entrepreneur), and investor (financial market products, business ventures, and property/real estate). Prof. Roy served as Dean at IPMI International Business School, Bina Nusantara University, and Universitas Pelita Harapan. He is also a former executive of Mckinsey & Company, Commissioner of CIMB Niaga, and currently serving as President Commissioner of Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi.
President Director
Iman has more than 12 years of entrepreneurship experience in digital and consumer business sectors. He has strong experience in working with multi strategic stakeholders such as high-profile private investors, government officials, and private corporations. Iman was involved in National Committee of Economic & Industry (KEIN); a non-structural institution that responsible to provide strategic advice in determining national economic and industrial policy to the President, and carrying out other tasks within the economic and industrial scope. In private business sector, Iman was involved in various strategic projects in different industries such as consumer goods, vocational education, digital technology, cyber defense & security, and professional service.
Finance & Investment Director
Pascal is experienced in finance, investment, and management consulting. Prior to joining Unistellar, he worked for Accenture Management Consulting team and served big corporate clients in banking, telco, and oil & gas. He also gained financial experiences by working with a Singapore investment banking & corporate finance advisory company where he was exposed to various investment projects in infrastructure, financial services, consumer goods, as well as technology startups.

Advisory Partner - Corporate Finance & Investment
Ferdi has more than 10 years of experience as an investment professional and buy side investment officer who has led and executed more than USD 10 billion projects in South East Asia. Broad experience in fundraising, M&A and corporate restructuring. across diverse industries, namely healthcare, retail, transportation, oil & gas & infrastructure. He has worked with various companies such as Rajawali Corpora, DBS, Indo Premier Securities, Bahana TCW Investment, and Mandiri Sekuritas.
